problem w/ ray video chat in IE

It loads and works in FF but in IE the page loads but not the ray vidoeo chat widget using Dolphin 7..

Try to update Flash player for IE - usually it's reason of this trouble.

thx for the advice... I searched up update flash player in IE...   One page suggested going into tools in IE and changing your active x controls and that seemed to do it
