problem with language/text

hey, i see some text like this:

[L[Forum:]]

[L[Topic text:]]

and ext...

how can i help this text problem

Did you compile the language file?

Go to Dashboard > Modules > Forum > in the Manage Forum dropdown menu, choose Manage Forum.

In the top right of the forum there should be a "Compile Language:[en]" link. Click on that and it should compile.
