problems!!!

hi i started with 7.0.4, and never could get the logo or promo to show, i have now updated all the way to 7.0.7, and still no logo or promo, and now in orca forums some cant post, when you scroll over edit or add, it says javascript:void 0 (), thus not doing nothing when you actually click it, am not sure why some can post and some cant, weird. One little problem also is with the chat box not showing correct time. Anyone?
