Made sure that XSLT enabled...reinstalled ORCA again. NO LUCK!

Make sure params.php also exists under /modules/boonex/forum/layout/base/.

 you need to make sure that orca is in fact being removed. 

Made sure that XSLT enabled...reinstalled ORCA again. NO LUCK!

 i have seen this same behavior when the boonex adverts were removed. 

 

also, check the ownership of those files. the fact that it says unable to open, could indicate a permissions problem or ownership problem.
