someone could tell how do ih insert or put words/text between the logo site and the Quote text on the top?

Use firebug.  Play with the left column that opens up and pay attention to where your editing.

You can also use the header.html file to do this with some div align tags to get it exactly where you want it.  Otherwise you'll have to design a box and everything for it to fit in there.  Depends on what you want to appear there.
