redirect from join form to membership page.

I have searched the forums here and have had no luck finding a solution.
 I have a dolphin 7.0.7 site and am using CCBill mod from Igorl as a payment processor. I need to redirect people from the join page to the membership page so they can purchase a membership. Currently it's directed to member.php and I want to redirect them to m/membership/index.

We are still looking for help with this. It would really be beneficial to anyone that is trying to sell memberships if they were directed to the membership page during the signup process. Please help?
