register a new member or create a new event is very slowly
 when I register a new member or create a new event, after I click 'submit', the page keeps in running for about 1 minute, and return the page not find error, but actually the new memeber or new event have been created successuflly. I don't know why it is so slowly, not attached any phone, video uploading. please suggest me.
