You need to purchase a license. You can do that here http://www.boonex.com/unity/paymentprovider/payment

Hi there

Once you enter your licence number in Administration they will automatically be removed.

Log into your Dolphin admin panel located at: http://www.yourwebsite.com/administration

Go to Settings => Advanced Settings => Variables => Dolphin License Code:

Place your new license number there.

I just bought the Boonex license to remove the logo for 400 days.

I have put the code in Settings => Advanced Settings => Variables => Dolphin License Code:

but the logo didn't go away.

Any suggestions?

yes, login FTP and clear the following two directories:

cache (ensuring that you retain the .htaccess file) but dump everything else

cache_public (dump everything)

also, make sure you do this as well if you applied a free license number initially, please login to admin, advanced settings --> variables

make sure that the license number txt box is blank. save logout. then call the admin panel via your web browser http://yourdomain.com/administration

this should immediately prompt you for login, then immediately thereafter, should ask for a license number. if you provide the license number using this method and the adverts dont leave from the footer, please contact your agent. also make sure in your client area here, that the license number is binding to the domain.

Thanks for the advice Dos,

I've tried all the  above but the logo is still there. I've registered now the website on Boonex. Maybe it depends on them now.

But I undrestood that removing the logo should have been almost automatic.

I'll contact an agent now as well!

Thanks anyhow.
