reset a permanent license and can't re-register

I purchased a perminent license 7.0?? anyways, I have an install of 7.1.1 on the original domain that is licensed still - though it's not an unregistered code in boonex. I installed a fresh 7.1.1 on NEW domain, and boonex will not accept the unregistered perminent code - just keeps refreshing screen to TRIAL. Boonex reports the registered license still as unregistered. What can I do here?

I'd keep it in it's current enviroment, BUT it's installed in a folder and not functioning with friendly URLS or ANY module install - all broken pages. I don't dare re-istall on origional domain lol - I won't be able to register it.

Appreciate any help.

It indicates a problem with the server. PHP setting of allow_url_fopen is not on, or the host has firewall blocking the server from talking with boonex. Other security software such as mod_security has been known to cause it as well.

Your site needs to be able to talk with the boonex license server to register the license. The fact that the license still says unregistered tells me your server is failing to do that. It's a hosting problem.
