rss feeds

how do i add a rss feed to the Custom RSS Feeds Manager? or put a rss feed on the home page i did put one in a block but that does not load

you use the RSS block creator and provide a valid rss feed url, and it should feed.

I don't think this is a straight forward.  There is a block called custom Rss Feed, which I can't add a URL to.    I went to the modules, and found the custom rss feed module, when I click on it, it says empty.

So I then I took off the custom Rss feed block, and added the regular Rss Feed block, I input this url, which is working http://cancunwithme.com/cancun_tours/phpbb_modules/phpBB_rss.php  but I get nothing.

I also attempted to highjack the Forums RSS since I am not using Orca.  I had it working before with Dolphin 6 and phpBB2, but now it doesn't want to work.  For the highjack, I put in {SiteUrl}cancun_forum/phpbb_modules/phpBB_rss.php?action=rss_user&user={NickName} the {siteUrl} should be adding the cancunwithme.com/cancun_tours/ before the link, giving me http://cancunwithme.com/cancun_tours/cancun_forum/phpbb_modules/phpBB_rss.php  as you can see that RSS feed is working also.

Any ideas?
