seach.php?online_only=1 BY DEFAULT?

I made search.php copy and named it on_members.php, and I want whenever you open it it would be set online_only=1 by default, I mean it would stand for not for the search, but for online members block (I know you can add link just search.php?online_only=1, but I am trying to make online members panel, and I have almost done it, just can't figure out how to make online_only by default true).
