shoutbox guest input

Hello, I have the shoutbox on my homepage but I get people putting stupid stuff in it. How can I delete what's in there?

Hello,

You can do that from logging in to cPanel or Plesk whatever control panel your host provides and then opening PHPMYADMIN.

Once you have opened that, select and open the database that Dolphin is using. Then in the left column look for table name "RayShoutboxMessages" and click that.

Then in the right window the following columns shall appear.

ID

UserID

Msg

When

The column Msg ... shows the messages in your shoutbox. If you want to delete any message select the particular row and then click delete and you are done.
