simg/simg.php and bot spamming?

I noticed all the spammers who target blogs and forums are accessing my sites with the following URL extension simg/simg.php

When you go to this on any dolphin URL it shows a captcha code.

Just wandering if this is how the damn  spam bots still manage to get through the captcha process with automatic joining and spamming...

any ideas if this could be blocked somehow?

Doesnt seem to matter if the site security is set to block all CN ips, they still get through...

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
