site Blocked admin IP is there a back door from server?

I need to know if there is a back door from server ti regain access to site. All ip addresses are blocked to access site from the front side.

use http://hidemyass.com/ and then login and unblocl your ip address

That may or may not work.  It's better to just go into the database and remove the offending block.

access from all IP addresses blocked, so the only way through is cpanel.
