sitemap video

hello everyone
I would like to know how the sitemap may have video for dolphin

I wonder how I can make the sitemap for the dolphin video because this is what should go into public_html / flash / modules / video / files / and copy the link address + mp4 & flv in photography to put it in the sitemap, link location + where is the video, because when I put the link of the flv or mp4 link into the address bar I have "access denied", this will change something in which not , which is another matter that I do?
