when I want to add a new site I get the following warning:

Anyone an idea how to solve this?

Ask from your hosting provider that they allow file function for remote connections

My provider said nothing's changed to the server the last few months.

It wasn't a problem before the upgrade to 7.0.3.

now if I add a new site, I can save it, but the picture isn't shown in the block.

how can I solve this?

Is it possible the problem is the shrinktoweb parameters ?

I found the fix, just go to the sites settings, and

Change
www.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php

TO
images.shrinktheweb.com/xino.php
