skype intergration

I havent seen anything like this on the site but integrating Skype into the dolphin site will make it very useful...

Not possible. Skype does not provide a API to do that. It can only be run on a desktop. They used to have one, but it has been discontinued. I would not build a module for intergration using API's i suspect would be discontinued. I have already been through that with one of my modules and i have people two years later requesting refunds because the product no longer worked even though it was beyond my control. So i do a risk assemtent before i do a intergration module now. Even so, i have made it my policy not to provide refunds for things that are not within my control.

Best you can do is Skype uri's per this api. http://developer.skype.com/skype-uris

But all that is are links that start calls within the Skype client itself.
