some issues in 7.07

1. all of a sudden can't comment on any of the features, articles, news, store etc.. Old comments show though. "Add comment" button is missing. Gone by itself.
2. In ads section when uploading an image it still shows the example 1236776543456675.jpg instead of an image description/title.

Any ideas anyone?
