spam 7.0.9

so i have someone keeps signing up putting ridiculous ads on there profile page and in my blog how can i delete this besides deleting just there username but the content as well please advise

Hi use to get hundreds of spammers too

everyday but then i choose photo as:

Mandatory = '1'

and i get 0 spammers now.
