How do i submit a support ticket ?????? |
Lol. What is the issue? This is your support... |
I have an unlimited licence ... i have tried settings advanced varibles and putting in my code but it still is not registered ...i have tried over and over with NO LUCK ! I need boonex support . Is there really no way to contact them ? |
Um, you can email them but try clearing your cache and searching the forum. Someone else might be able to chime in here... |
Only premium users can create a ticket, which is only for reporting bugs and other defects with the script. It's not for requesting support for a problem you are facing. If you need support, you must create a topic in the appropriate forum.
For your problem, you can try the following:
If that doesn't work, you may also want to make sure all configuration settings are green under administration > tools > host tools > host params.
BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |

I really dont know where to turn now . Dolphin has its own caching system, which can be cleared from the dashboard of the administration panel. The most effective way, though, is to empty the cache/ (except for the .htaccess file) and cache_punlic/ directories.
Did you also try my suggestion? BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |

You'll need to disable safe_mode if it's enabled or make sure there is no open_basedir restriction set in your PHP configuration. You should also make sure all configuration settings are green under administration > tools > host tools > host params. I am still banging head off the wall . |
If you're comfortable enough, can you send me a link to your administration panel through a private message? I'd like to take a closer look and see if there's anything out of place. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
For anyone else having this issue, the problem was due to severe limitations set by his hosting provider, which includes the disabling of allow_url_fopen, severe upload limitations, severe memory_limit limitations and severe max_execution_time limitations. I also found that mod_security was loaded, which must be either disabled or configured. BoonEx Certified Host: Zarconia.net - Fully Supported Shared and Dedicated for Dolphin |
That just proves yet again that hosting make all the difference in the world. https://www.deanbassett.com |
