thumbnails photos

for some reason some thumbnails of photos users were not created, though the original sized photo is saved successfully.

Re there any way to generate thumbnails of any particular user?
... Or all if there is no way of doing it alone on a user

Very interesting problem. Plz specify:

1) Problem of thumbnails appear in photos module? Or in avatar?

2) Only thumb (64*64) size has trouble of creation? Or another sizes too?

3) What differences exist between photos with created thumbs and without?
