timeline

Hi ,

Is there away to add timeline to the group module instead of using comments ?

The timeline shouldn't affect the main timeline in the homelage , both should be separate . In another way only timeline for groups !

Is this possible to achieve ?

That is separate from normal timeline.

But why it has to be a module ! Why boonex doesn't come with timeline for groups ! I did check joomsocial and they do have timeline for groups and it works perfect ! I wish boonex could add something like this in the future.

I know!! But this is the choice i guess that Boonex made

You can do it with some php script adjustments but it would not be stand alone as the module that Andrew made.

Maybe it will be a part of groups default when 7.4 is launched.

Lol 7.4 ... boonex should be advanced by now comparing to anyother social network. Those guys have one of the oldest experience in social networks. Why i keep saying jomsocial cause it is stable and also it has great function for social network... i just cant understand why boonex wont understand how important to have good functional timeline that is integrated with groups and events.

I find group and event page is the most boring thing in earth honestly . While i keep repeat jomsocial their group and event page is out of this planet.

maybe some people say why i didnt move there then !!!

I will tell you why. I spent almost 1000$ + in boonex. And im saving for jomsocial as well. The day i feel boonex didnt provide what im looking for i will move !

The only thing holding me is the community ! The guys and girlz around here doing there best to help, but again this is not enough. Boonex shouldn't created trident but instead they should have put more effort in develloping one product and make it complet . Anyway it's my point of view. At the end Andrew know thd best .
