top menu font colors

Hey.....

I have tried everything to get rid of the ugly red text on the top menu in an uno template

I have firebug as posted we need, but cannot figure out how you find where it is using that,

This is one of the things I wish they would address is simple colors of things, since Id guess most of us are not coding/programming experts and a panel to simply change such simple things that takes many of us hours and would take 15 seconds if the admin panel had a way to change such and to always have to find and figure out really detracts from the experience, not to mention, lots and lots of wasted time in that many of the posts are years old.....simply looking in the top menu css does not show you what you are looking for in the terms in the coding

the hyperdad template, which seems not good for 7.33 is what everything should look like, I do not get why Boonex does not make it easy for people to design a site, not all of us are wealthy enough to hire someone every time we need a simple color change....  im sure some just give up since nothing is ever explained by Boonex

So rather than waste another 10 hours would someone please.:)).....explain what you need to do to get rid of the ugly red text and what is what with changing top menu text colors, I would be very appreciative...........sigh, lol

Other software i looked at before this had simple ways to change things

thank you very much

  1. remove css caching from control panel->tools->cache
  2. use firebug to locate the "ugly red text" tag and where his css file  stored
  3. make the change in file and save
  4. refresh the browser and restore caching
  5. good luck
Always remember that the future comes one day at a time.
