trouble with my 7.0.6 upgrade

I just turn to 7.0.6 and have some trouble I receive this codes:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bx_encode_url_params() in /home/denjo/domains/seductionlibertin.com/public_html/site/templates/base/scripts/BxBaseMenu.php on line 358

Make sure all files were successfully overwritten with the ones from the patch.

Thanks a lot an other time I want to go to fast and some setting was not ok for the complet update an some file was not overwrite!! My fault lol thanks again!!
