why 7.2.1 ?? and not 7.3.0-7.3.1 ????

where is the patch from 7.3.0 to 7.3.1 - 7.3.0 to 7.3.2  - or from 7.2.1 to 7.3.2 ?

You have to follow the instructions very carefully.  First step is to backup your database and site files in case of any issues.  It is best to backup the database and site files after each upgrade; lots of work maybe but it allows you to recover from any failed upgrade.

It is very important to remove the upgrade directory after each upgrade or things can get confusing.  You have to remove the upgrade directly, you can not just overwrite it.  That is my guess at this time.
