is it possible for us to add content blocks in various parts of the site? please reply. im new about this.

What kind of content are you referring to?  HTML, yes there are custom HTML blocks in the page builder.  PHP coded blocks?  There is an excellent tutorial I believe on JTadeos site for this http://www.boonexnerd.net/dolphin/orca/#topic/How-to-Add-PHP-in-a-Block.htm

You will have to get a membership...but this is a great site full of information
