 Hi i did the upgrade patch everything went right i did the manual part cleaning the cache and ..... then suddnly the whole website went down with this error Fatal error: Class 'BxDolPageViewCacher' not found in /home/bbbzrcom/public_html/mysite.com/inc/classes/BxDolPageView.php on line 146 the cache folders are empty please help me |
let me guess. you deleted the .htaccess file in the cache and cache_public directory. so much to do.... |
no i did not delete them in 3 folders of public cache, cache and tmp the .htaccess file exists |
did you replaced all files correctly and try to replace BxDolPageViewAdmin.php in inc/classes dir. so much to do.... |
i tried to do it again but i had to restore the db and the old web site data again i did it! this time i dont have that error and website works but in the home page it shows PAGE WAS NOT FOUND what should i do? |
you have not applied your update properly. you will fix this and than one more error will come and one more and one more and so on. so much to do.... |
it is applied this time ! the main page is not working it shws page not found in the page builder the blocks are at the right place ! all other pages works |
try to reupload all files from the 7.0.9 upgrade package. carefully so much to do.... |

Who told to run the upgrade script. so you still get the same error? I don't want to say this but "cleared the cache"? so much to do.... |
1- files replaced : DONE 2- upgrade script lunched - said successfull and ask to recompile the langs, and clear the cache : DONE Site WORKS but MAIN Page says : page not found this page not found show up in the template like there is no colum! but things are fine just like pas so why am i getting this error about index |
