upgrade and pictures

Hello.

I'm having some problems to set up my dolphin.

i've installed and configured everything, i was running. but i tried to upgrade to 7.0.1 and now i cant install any module.

how do i roll back the version? do i have to upload ALL files all over again?

the other problem is that i'm trying to import a few users from my old site (not dolphin). i already know how to import them, but i have issues with pictures. how do i set pictures to users?
