upgrade boonex account

Hi I upgraded on boonex up from a starter and paid and I still have not been upgraded Help any?

you upgraded from a starter? meaning you were using a free license and then you purchased and  ad-free license, and you have not been upgraded? can you elaborate on what your expectations are for being upgraded.

if you purchased an ad-free license, the license number should be listed in  your client area under licenses. to apply the new license number, if you have a free license number bound to your domain, you need to remove the association of the free license number from  your domain, that is done from your client area licenses section. copy your new ad-free license number, navigate to your web portal/administration --> login as admin --> settings --> advanced settings --> variables --> remove the license number that is listed there, click save and logout.

this should clear the association of the free license from your domain.

now login as admin from the /administration path and you should be prompted to enter a license number. this is where you would enter  your new ad-free license number, and this should inherently remove all boonex branding.

Thank you for your info. However I upgrade to Advanced from starter nothing eles for now but if I can't get the store to work on my web site I will not be buying a license. I upgraded as I needed to send messages to members.

so you are referring to upgrading your membership level on unity? if this is the case why would you post in the Dolphin 7 forum?

This needs to be posted in the Boonex Forums, as it applies to your membership on Unity and not to D7.  As far as the Store goes, it does work provided your server and all other items are configured correctly.

im not telling you that any does or doesnt read in here, what i am informing you of is that there is a thread for your post so that it doesnt get marred up in the number of posts that you will see hitting this thread. i posted a topic on here and in less than 5 hours it was on page 4.that is my point.

that is the location of where you should post your issue in regards to your membership level upgrade.

also, have you contacted your agent? do you have an agent? May i recommend Mike Letcher, great guy and gets the job done

 well my server is fine so is my paypal it is d7 store there are things missing from it like the file and the price list how do I add that or get a new copy of the store as it is not working.
