upgrade link not working

I upgraded to 6.1.6 and having couple of problems.Could somebody help me to fix this.

My group event and classified menus are not working.Getting error message like

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'safehtml/HTMLSax3.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/smartand/public_html/plugins/safehtml/safehtml.php on line 22

My bottom banner advertisement showing in left side,how to set up in central?

My yotube and flikr photos are not working

Hope some body would help me to fix this.

If I were you, I would give serious consideration to switching webhosting companies that offer Dolphin as a plugin and play install.  Webhosting companies such as Arvixe will cost you less that $65 annually.

I could not understand about plugin and play install.Could you please xplain bit more details.

You should have next files at your server:

public_html/plugins/safehtml/safehtml.php

public_html/plugins/safehtml/HTMLSax3.php

If not - just restore its from 6.1.6 package.

Could you please help me how to centre my bottom advt.Right now it shows at the left sideBefore it was in thecentre.

I know it is bit annoying,is there any way you can guide me to show the bottom advt in centre.

I tried from admin in banner.After i click the bottom still it showing in left side.
