upgrade patch from 7.0 to 7.09

I have been asked by my hosting provider to obtain a patch to go from 7.0 - 7.09. can anyone tell me if this is available please?

To make it clear, there is no direct patch to upgrade 7.0.0 to 7.0.9.  You need to upgrade to each next version.  You'll have to first upgrade to 7.0.1, and then to 7.0.2, and so on.
