upgrade problem

I upgraded from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1 using the patch

This worked untill the part... uninstall and reinstall profilermodule

My site was completely messed up so I uploaded a backup of the 7.0.0 files again.

Now I'm facing a lot of problems, like:

After changing (something to) a module, my Dutch languagefile isn't working anymore.

It's still there, but I only see things like "bx_main_....."

If I reupload a backup of the file it's working again, but it's an older copy so the changes are gone.

Export and import doesn't work also.

Does it has something to do that the upgrade patch changed the database and now I have a 7.0.1 database and 7.0.0 site???

Please advise...

If you have no backup the database back to old state, yes you have a newer database with some different tables. 

Make for this sort stuff a server backup for the whole domain including database, its saver then all other.  :)

I uploaded the patch files again.

Tried to execute the upgradescript again: http://mysite/upgrade

No upgrade available it says.

Is it because I did the upgrade before???

But I still can't change the languagefiles!!!!!!!

The site is working fine now, but when I add or change a languagekey my Dutch languagefile isn't visibale anymore (just the "_bx_groups..." text)

Whats wrong with the languagefile/script?
