upload local machine button disappear

hello,

when I'm uploading any picture to my web site via admin panel, for example to articles, there is no upload local machine button anymore, on insert/edit image window. ıts dissappeared after 7.3 installation...  Anyone help me about it?

if not, you have to install the MoxieManager manually because 7.3 and later on versions will not have Moxie included.

also check in the photos and videos module for available uploaders (flash, regular,record,embed). I think by default the regular is disabled.

thank you guys for reply, ı checked photos and videos modules and yes regular section was disabled, ı changed settings but still same , there is no upload button on edit/insert window, 

how can ı install MoxieManager manually, ı cant download ın here cause ıt says I'm starter..  please help

Only users with license can download and install MoxieManager, when you've got license and go to this URL, you'll be able to download it:
