uploading large file to store

Am trying to upload a file as a store product 600mb

Keeps getting into the upload then just returns to the add product screen. Nothing gets added...

My max upload in php is more than 600mb

would the max execution time or memory limit effect an upload???

php has a max upload of like 285 mb  there is no way that is going to upload via http
