very strange problem---video/sounds player seems blocked on internet

refer subject.

My site sounds/video play very good on internal lan.

Internet users can only view those albums but when the view video or play music they got the error as attached.

I am sure it is not my firewall issue.

My lan has different operating system with different IE versions, they all play video/sound without problem.

Why can not play on internet, looks like the player was blocked or filtered.

Appreciate if Any1 can gimme some hint.

btw, my site is a free license. 

Or is that due to internet connection speed slow and time out or sth else?

What ports you meant?

if it is firewall ports, i acctually permit IP all on firewall inbound.

Sounds and video player somehow can not show up.

Is there internet connection speed limitation, ie, can not < 2m for example for the server to feed video?

Since the sound/video play very well on Local area network and I am sure my firewall is properly configured.

Is this running on a home computer?
