video player not supported??

i am installed 6.1.6 boonex on my server.

while upload video or music

It gives error not installed???

how to solve this??

Did you have any errors during installation?

It sounds as though something may have gone awry in the install.

i am not getting any error while installation.

when user want's to upload video it gives not installed error.

I downloaded ffmpeg_win and put on correct path.

Then ..when user want's to upload video

it not display browse and upload button.

How to solve this??
