videos stuck in processing

when I upload a video it shows as processing but never finishes processing. Please help!

Since you decided to post in a new forum topic:

 How big was the video in MBs? Depending on the size of the video, it could take a while to process. Here are a few basic factors:

- What time you have set for your cron job (default is * * * * *) This will get the cron to fire every minute

- A 25MB can take anywhere from 15-25 minutes to process

the video is 15 minutes I, what cron should I have exactly? what should it look like?

It has pictures of exactly what your cron should look like. If you get it working your videos will process.

thank you mscott but I did follow the instructions to the t and still the videos are stuck in processing

Check your permissions on ffmpeg.exe located in the flash/modules/global/app/ directory and make sure it is at least 755 permissions. May have to switch it to 777 if that doesnt work.

Hello Zarcon, I just checked and yes the ffmpeg.exe file has permission 777
