I havent tried but go to your Admin panel - advanced settings and setting "number of gallery photos which can be uploaded by user" |
Plugins => Ray Suite
Click on Video Player and then click on Settings and change Maximum uploading files number per user |

go to yoursite.com/admin
From there go to Plugins > Ray Suite > Video Player > Settings
