want to move to a new domaine

Hi my question is :

I wanted to move my dolphine content to a new domaine name , i asked one of the support assist in my host and i was told i have to move my domaine name also in the dolphine CONFIGURATION ? so he told me check with boonex first ?

WHAT does mean i have to change the domaine in the dolphine configuration ?

I know how to reset the licence and use it with diffrent domaine what else needed to be done ?

Thanks

That what the question the host support told me to ask :

Just ask them that you have a Dolphin site and you want to change the domain name so what you need to be updated in Dolphin configuration so taht the existing site can work with new domain name !

in header.inc.php thats your configuration file. Your paths will change, so check all in this file.

if you are going to move to another folder or another domain you need to change inc/header.inc.php file and clean all caches /cache/ and /cache_public/ after moving. Also you may need to reset your license (in unity license administration) if you change your domain. Also check if folders/files permissions was not changed after moving!

if you just added a new domain
why not point the domain to the folder where yous site is no need to move the site :)
