what does this mean ??

when i go to my home page this page open as a pop-up window. i have not added it as my pop-ups.

i have pop-up windows added to my home page for my ads. but i use adbrite. but this page always open the following address.

does it mean my site has been hacked or or my security has been compromised ??

 that was not my site url. that was the url thats popping up when i go on my site. so i nwas not adertising. steps i took. i didnt take any diferent steps than i have done in past two years. i used the banner option from admin panel. that ia workin for last two years. but this pop up just started couple o months ago.
