where to find members to move

I have looked all over the forms an have not found this subject any where sorry if this has already been answered just point me in the right direction. I am running d7. I have changed severs an wiped my setup an reinstalled i have both installations up on two different servers i want to know where do i find the membership/profile information from the old set up so i can save it an move all my member profiles an information to the new set up Before i delete the old set up
