where your php script files stored?

I'm trying to install dolphin on a godaddy, windows hosted webpage.

I can't seem to figure out what I'm supposed to put in this line of the 2nd page of install:

Directory root
Description:
Example:
 found
Path to directory where your php script files stored.
/path/to/your/script/files/

Any path I put there, it says found, but when I get to later stages of installation I error messages about failures to open due to headers.inc.php files not being found.

Can I get any guidance?

Thanks
