why are some the video gallery pics balck ?

Here is good place ,i got a lot of help from other people.

I have a question with the video gallery pics  .some videos pic is black after i uploaded . some video can show a nice pic . i download video from youtube .i didn't edit the video again . when i uploaded to website . it was displayed a black pic. black pic is very bad in video gallery . how to change this ?

It's easy to do it. After upload the video, you check it and play it. Durind the video reading you can take a pic with a camera button at the botom menu. excuse my poor english
