On old host .the member can edit Chinese in their profile and we also can read Chinese . But now on new host . all Chinese in profile , display ?????&&&@@@@@@. means chiense not work on new host.
but Chinese language package is working now.
how to fix it then we can read Chinese if member typed Chinese in profile .
