why my members can post articles ?

does anyone know how to enable articles so my members can be able to write articles i dont know why my site is like that only the admin can post,please help me

It's an administrator-only feature. Your members should be able to post blogs, which are basically the same thing.

i think the market has a module advanced articles that allows your members to post articles.
