I have problem whit permission in Windows7. I try all options and nothing. Maybe someone have the same problem?

Quit using W7 for permissions. Get an OLD Vista or XP and do them on that. We all poor here and can't afford the W7 like the rich folk.
You might want to reask this in a week or so. But Windows 7 really shouldn't have any effect on CHMODing perms unless your running a windows server, then the best advice we can give you is to store it in a 50 gallon round filing cabinet. |
chmod is of no affect on a windows machine, xampp or wamp, there is no need to sweat perms. just skip the step. all should be good.
