A wall in Facebook's style ^^

Hi!

There is any mod/plan to enable something that basically works on the same way as a FaceBook's wall, where people can add, comments, pictures, etc???

Thanks

:)

Something similar to this perhaps.

Yes, thank you Deano, that's exactly what i was looking for.

The only problem is the steep price tag, i am sure it is worth every single cents and perhaps even much much more, but just is not feasible right now....

Maybe i should go for the real thing and try to stick it on an IFrame of some kind on the site,

cheers. Wink

Not possible.

Facebook does not allow any of its main site in a iframe. You can try if you like, but i am betting it will not work. If you manage to do it, i would love to hear about it.

You could also try creating one yourself using facebooks graph api. http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/

Yes it seems FB blocked that option...

I had a look around and there are so many people just looking for something like that, also Wordpress and Joomla seems to have developed something to just do this.

An interisting article with some code here : http://ranacse05.wordpress.com/2011/02/04/show-facebook-group-wall-on-web-site/

Yes. It uses the graph API to pull a feed. But that is all it is. Just a feed.

Wow Crack_Foo, that module was truly impressive!!

I mean, if i was in Boonex, i would look for a way to make it as a standard feature of any new future releases.

Facebook in my view is a very restrictive environment, but has some amazing features, so, if there is a way to put those option into the Dolphin i think there will be an exponential increase of interest for it(Dolphin).
