  I didn´t get what you say, but here what you can check out first.
  You can manager the menu items at:
 Administration > Builders > Member Menu

  Also, you can tell the system where you want the Member Menu to show in your site.
  Go to:
  Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables > Member Menu Position

 Me parece que outras pessoas tbem tiveram problemas semelhantes.   Veja no link abaixo.
 Provavelmente, o problema pode estar no cache do seu browser (IE, Firefox, chrome...).  Tente limpar o cache do Browser e experimente navegar em outros.  Caso o problema persista, comunique o suporte do seu host.  Pode ser que o ajax esteja com problemas.  Mas antes, faça primeiro os testes com os browsers.
