But the topic is very old. Hence, I posted it again. Am I only, getting this error?
There is some issue with the link in the mass mailer. The link is getting truncated.
For example: If the dolphin is installed at the site "http://www.mydolphin.com" and you have included a link in the mass mailer like this "http://www.mydolphin.com/page/web" then when you save it, it will change to "page/web".
If you include any other link like "http://chat.mydolphin.com/try" then there is no issue. It will be saved as it is!
The only issue arising when your link contains the dolphin installation URL.
This may be a possible bug. Or am I doing something wrong?
